demi lovato. cleveland, ohio.

07/27/09 - a day to remember forever.

-- i don't remember EXACTLY what demi said but these are the closest i can remember to her words.

so it started off by going down to cleveland.
i figured out that i could get to the hotel in enough time to see demi and her band leave...
but then i got there, i was in the car and no other girls were there.
so i decided to walk around there.
i see demi going into her bus, but i missed her. :(
but i was okay because i had a m&g.

i got to the venue and not many girls were there. i'd say around 20 so not much at all.
i picked up my VIP package from will-call and it was pretty sweet.
a vip lanyard, m&g wristband, and my 5th row ticket. k sick.
then i met up with aluen. (:

the guy came and told us we had to follow him everywhere.
so we go inside and the venue is really nice. i liked it.
it was for soundcheck and her band was already practising.
they are amazing.
i called out mike manning. because he's a cool one. (:
he heard us and we were recognized. wooot!
demi comes out of no where! haha i was spazzing.
um i'd like to mention the fact that i was front row. no big.
so no girls in front of me to cover my pictures of demi or anything else.
she said she would sing 2 songs. she sang this is me & stop the world.
it was great. i love her to death.
she sounded amazing too. and she looked SO cute.

after she finished this is me, she was like..."i can't really sing it since joe isn't here."
and everyone was screaming.
and she was like, "you guys want joe to be here!"
okay so she then says she'll answer questions. because i'm basically front row, center in front of her, she calls on me.
i'm like "demi, do you remember me? i was the one who asked you pokemon or digimon on the red carpet at the PPP premiere! and you said neither"
and she was like "oh i remember you! *laughs* still the same *laughs again"
and i said "i brought you a pokemon dvd so you can watch it!"
and she said "*laughs* aww"

then aluen raises her hand and goes, "we came here from toronto to see you!"
and demi's like "oh my gosh thank you!"
and aluen asks, "when are you going to do a canadian tour?"
demi says, "i'm not sure yet, but i'm going up there to film camp rock 2 after this tour for 2 months"
and aluen was like "are you going to do any small shows? you should do a small show."
and demi said, "i don't have anything planned yet but i'll probably do something. like an acoustic show or something."

so then these other girls, scream DEMI!
and they're like "we came from toronto"
and demi points to me and aluen and go, "so did they! do you guys know each other?"
and we look over and we're both like..."no"
and demi's like "you guys like share your maple syrup and eat your ketchup chips? those are bomb!"
we were laughing hahahaha.
i love her.

she was leaving so we said by. and then left to go buy our merch.

after merch, we had to wait a bit. aluen and i decided to go talk to katie&karleigh.
we took pics with them. talked. and whatnot. they're not that bad. but still not that impressed.
haha. they were just like "enjoy yourself!" and we're like "sure..."
everyone was staring because we were legit like the only ones who went up to them.

we were being escorted to the m&g room and we decided we wanted to be last. but it failed.
whatevs. still amazing.
so when i get there, i'm like demi i made you a scrapbook.
and she like flipped through it, to look at it. which she didn't really do for others so i felt special haha.
but she skipped the first page, and i was like look at it! so i flipped it back.
i said "i wanted you to look at it if you were having a bad day and needed a reminder of why you're amazing."
and she was like "thank you so much."
she was autographing my cd, but i forgot to take out the booklet, so she signed the cover, like the plastic and i was like "aww i wanted the inside of it signed!"
and she was like "okay how about i sign it on the inside again?"
and i was like "alright!"
and i asked her to sign a gum package, for celine. i had nothing else to get signed for her.
and demi was kinda just staring bahahah.
we took our picture and demi goes "it was great to see you again! i can't wait to see you in a month!"
and i was like "for sure (:"
absolutely lovelovelove her.

for the concert, i was second row in front of catwalk.
jordan's set was so cute. she's such a good performer live.
david was alright. i don't like his songs too much haha. he's too awkward for me.
demi. i was spazzing.
she is freaking amazing.
she pointed to me and my new toronto friends A LOT.
at one point, during the chorus of stop the world, we stood on our seats and she pointed to us completely. epic.
i was so proud of how far she's come in this past year.
seeing her perform in front of that many people and see her rock it was awesome.
oh and since my section was little kids and their parents, we stood out.
kids were standing, parents sitting which makes for us to be the tallest. hahaha.

oh and after the concert, jordan had a m&g so i met her. got a pic.
celine and her chatted. hahah.

we're one and the same♥.

First, I would like to mention how much I love Celine for winning the contest. If it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t have gotten anything that happened. So thank you.

Okay so the day started off with going to the Four Seasons hotel. We trekked in the rain to see if we could meet them there. After 4 hours of waiting there, being cold and starving, we decided to leave.

We figured, since not many people would be at the premiere, we should go and secure our spot. When we got there, there were already tons of people there, but we were the only ones that had tickets to watch the movie. We stood in line and decided we would wait there. Jess and Ly wanted to go see Demi and Selena so Celine and I waited in line…but they let us in…and we got a spot where the celebs chill after their pics are taken, after the red carpet. So we were the first people they saw and got to say hi to, take pictures, sign autographs…it was kinda cool. So anyways, I don’t know many people from family channel so I’ll skip that.

FIRST, it was Jasmine Richards. She was SO pretty. Her dress was gorgeous. She was so friendly too! She told us how she almost tripped because of her heels on the red carpet haha!

Next was Jordan Francis! He was cool. We told him Celine won a shirt on twitter and he was like you’ll get it soon. Haha. Oh man, he’s awesome. Love him!

After this, chaos started because Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez arrived. They were taking pics/signing autographs to the people outside of the red carpet area…it took a while.

Then, Ashley Legget and Michael Seater came. I freaking LOVE Michael Seater. So much. I have more stories about him later on in the story…

So after this…they legit kicked us off. Like didn’t let us stay anymore, telling us we had to go in the theatre. Of course, I spazzed because the only reason we waited that long was because of Demi and Selena. If I didn’t meet them, I would’ve left. They were like we’re clearing the area so we can get the VIP people in. I was like HELL NO. YOU’RE NOT LETTING US LEAVE. So the security guy that told us we could meet Selena and Demi (his name was Brian)…he tried to talk to his boss and let us stay in there, but he said no. I was pissed off so I was going insane. I needed to meet Demi and Selena. They were SO close but too far away to take pics with. So I spazzed, the other boss lady was like okay fine. And she let us stay ON THE RED CARPET. LIKE WE WERE ON THE RED CARPET DEMI AND SELENA WALKED ON. She let us wait there for them to come. We were basically VIP but…we weren’t.

So after this was when the fun started…

We called Madison De La Garza (AKA Demi’s sister) over from the red carpet so she could come and take pics with us! She was such a cutie. We asked her for a picture so many times and we finally got one!

MICHAEL SEATER CAME BACK OUT. And talked to us. He was like "I've never met any of my followers yet..." So he was like okay it's twitpic this! He asked for our usernames and he kinda forgot the @'s so we reminded him hahah. He was so amazing. And he took a pic...(check his twitter: twitter.com/michaelseater)

THEN FREAK OUT MOMENT. DEMI LOVATO WAS GOING TO BE INTERVIEWED NEXT…MEANING SHE WOULD BE COMING TO SEE US SOON.
When she came over, she had to take her paparazzi pictures and talk to producers, directors and whatnot. It took her a while, but the whole time, we talked to her so she liked us! It was so chill. She came over to us, and took pics. I asked for a funny one after the normal one and she said sure! Ahhh I love her so much. She had to go back to take more pics, so we waited, and she came back and kept doing the same thing as before.

THEN I SAW SELENA GOMEZ GETTING INTERVIEWED. We knew she was next up on our meeting list. So when Selena came, Demi and her had to take lots of pictures together. So we waited. They were SO cute. You know the picture of them linking arms backwards? Well…they were like “Do you like this pose?” and we were like “yes it’s so cute!” and then they got all giddy and jumped up and down and clapped their hands like little kids. It was the cutest thing in the world. Selena informed us that they made that pose up when they were 9…they always pretended to be on the red carpet and made up poses. They’re adorable. Anyways…so then I asked Selena for 2 pictures as well…one normal and one funny. I love her.

So when they took pics together and Demi came back, I called her over and I was like I have a question…and this is where the video comes into play…

That is exactly what happened. After that Demi and Sel were basically doing what we did…bahahah we’re all such teenagers still.

Anyways after this, I also asked for an intro video for JONASHQ.ORG but Demi said jonashq.NET hahahah whatevs.


Oh...and another thing, we saw their prom dates. We snuck into the after party. We didn't meet anyone there, but we got free food. We saw some celebs. Demi and Selena left earlier because of the prom. It was still EPIC! (:

So yeah…that was June 18, 2009. I think it will be one to keep in the books forever♥.
